Debate practice shouldn't require a debate partner

Model UN conferences are some of the most intellectually demanding environments a student can walk into. You're expected to represent a country's foreign policy, argue against delegations from 20 different nations, draft operative clauses on the fly, and speak diplomatically — often with less than 60 seconds to respond.

The problem? Real practice is almost impossible without access to a coach, a club, or a partner who takes it seriously. Most students go into their first conference underprepared — not because they're not smart, but because the practice infrastructure simply doesn't exist.

PrepMUN is the answer. AI that debates you at any hour, adapts to your level, scores you honestly, and comes with Leo — a mascot who actually reacts to how you're doing.

Meet Leo — the lion who debates

Leo is PrepMUN's mascot and the soul of the app. He's a baby blue lion with 9 distinct emotional states — celebrating your wins, peeking in when you pull to refresh, falling asleep if you've been away too long, and going completely shocked when you hit a 14-day streak.

He's not decoration — he's motivation. Because the best learning happens when you actually care about the thing watching you succeed.

Our principles

Honest feedback is the only feedback

We calibrate scores so most users land in the 55-72 range. That's not harsh — that's accurate. Flattery doesn't prepare you for a real chamber.

Difficulty should be a real challenge

Expert mode is expert. Leo uses framing traps, real data, and named logical fallacies to make winning genuinely hard. Anything less is just sparring with a pillow.

Gamification should drive real skill

XP, streaks, and badges are only valuable if they push you to actually practice. Every mechanic we ship is designed to increase reps, not just dopamine.

MUN accuracy matters

Bloc personalities reflect real foreign policy positions. Operative clauses use real UN language. The Chair runs procedure correctly. We take the simulation seriously.
